Protect your mind

Help protect ones ability to remember for years to come by making sure you are receiving an abundance of vitamin and mineral B-12 in what you eat. Studies have joined low levels of B-12 to dementia and weak cognitive function. Nutrition sources full of B-12 contain liver, eggs, fish, poultry, various meats and milk products. Should ones own memory has deteriorated substantially in a short period of time, it is crucial that you find your physician immediately. Abrupt memory loss could be a sign of a more significant medical problem, for example Dementia or Alzheimer's Disease, which may influence people of every age group.
